We slowly get introduced to multiple characters in the short film but the main protagonist is a SCIENCE GEEK BUTCHER on the hunt for his next victim or victims.
Ending...
The Butcher doesn't get murdered because the ending is an inconclusive cliffhanger where the audience will have to wait and find out what happens in the "sequel".
